Just sitting here thinking that in a few hours time Sarah will be boarding her plane and flying off into the wide blue yonder (well to Hing Kong at least) Waaaaaaaaaah!!!! And lucky her, she got to spend some of her last days in Australia at our Maison de Illness (read previous post). I really showed her a great, exciting time! The highlight was probably our trip to The Chemist Warehouse to pick up Ruby's prescription.... sorry Saar, lol.

We were treated to the Dutch culinary treat of Pancakes with bacon and maple syrup, which Sarah cooked on wednesday night. Yummo! It was really, really good, and the kids want me to make it again this weekend. And Sarah even had some jelly at Brett's parents place (i had no idea it wasn't eaten in Holland) and now has a packet of Port Wine favoured jelly crystals to take home with her. ;)

Sarah, we will MISS you!! It was so great to meet you, I'm sure we will get the opportunity to meet again some day. In the mean time I look forward to catching you on MSN when you're settled back at home!
